Exciting new opportunity to maintain good health and wellness

Providing health care services to my patients over the last two decades, it has always been important to me to provide you with not only personal medical attention when you are ill, but also be able to deliver preventative and health maintenance care in order to keep you healthy and thereby less susceptible to disease.

This year, in addition to my services at the Family Health Care Center, I have an opportunity to offer you more comprehensive preventative and wellness care. This will be delivered to you by networking with other top notch health professionals and community organizations which I have worked with over several years.

Under the oversight of our scientific advisory board, our health team will perform their duties by pooling their collective and individual talents in the fundamental core service areas of exercise, nutrition and stress management. Our board will monitor such important areas as credentialing, quality assurance and delivery of evidence based medicine, just to name a few. We are planning a multidisciplinary health care delivery team. They presently consist of the following:

  1. Board Certified Personal Trainers
  2. Board Certified Registered Dieticians
  3. Board Certified Cardiologist and exercise physiologist to assess baseline and ongoing exercise tolerance.
  4. Board Certified Massage Therapist.

State of the art lean body mass analysis to assess baseline and ongoing fitness. Performance by certified technicians and interpretation by Board Certified Physician.

This is only the beginning! We are planning future phases by adding more disciplines and supportive services as patient demand dictates. We also plan on partnering with other community health facilities that offer health related wellness programs.

Our present clinical model utilizes the personal trainer as the "hub of the wheel" so to speak. The personal trainer will utilize information gained from services performed from the other participating physician's and allied health care providers. Services will be performed both locally and on site at our medical office. We plan on offering flexible scheduling with both comprehensive and individual service packages in order to accommodate your special needs and desires.

In closing, if you desire a personal approach for your preventative and health maintenance in a friendly and professional setting that will be complimentary to those medical services you already are receiving, you should strongly consider participating with our new wellness program.
