We treat patients like we would our own family!

Our mission is to provide quality medical care and service with easy convenience and access all provided and coordinated from your primary care physicians office.

Appointments

Ehrmann article 2005In order to provide maximum office coverage and convenience to our patients, we schedule daily and evening appointments. All our physicians maintain separate office hours in order to offer you maximum availability to their collective services.

Appointments can be made with our receptionist. She will be happy to schedule you for elective or emergency visits. We will always make great efforts to see you the same day you call for urgent health problems. Different problems require different lengths of time to properly evaluate your health and give you the best care possible, therefore, it will be helpful if you describe your problem to our office staff in order for the appropriate amount of time can be set aside.

During your first visit, more detailed historical information will be obtained from our office staff to permit us to better understand your past medical problems.

Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, if possible. If this is not possible, we would request the authorization, either verbal or written from the parent(s) so we can most efficiently treat your family.

Those patients who have chose our physicians as their PCPs throught their insurance companies are highly recommended to see their physician to establish themselves with our practice as early in the year as possible.

Hospital Care

Our doctors are with primarily affiliated with William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. We are also affiliated with William Beaumont Hospital Troy and Bi-County Hospital Warren.

Cancellations

If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, 24-hour notice is requested.

Telephone Calls

  • Appointments - We have several phone lines to serve you. For your health care needs just call 248-543-2000.

  • To speak with the Doctor
As part of our personal approach to your health care delivery, our doctors prefer to give you information regarding test results directly. So we don't inconvenience you by waiting for our physicians to return your call at random, we suggest that when you call to speak with the doctor, you leave your home and work phone number and the doctor will call you back during a mutually convenient range of time which our receptionist will detail to you. Of course, if you have an urgent concern when you call, do not hesitate to let our receptionist know and she will have your doctor come to the phone as soon as possible.

  • Non-Office Hour Emergencies
A twenty four hour answering service device will receive your call and transmit information to you so that you can reach the Doctor. We will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible.

  • Prescription refills
Follow the prompts of our automated attendant. This will speed up the process. For Mail order prescriptions requests, in most cases, you may be required to make regularly scheduled office visits to monitor your ongoing chronic medical conditions.
