E-mail filters in your CompuServe account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail subscriptions.  Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these steps in order to add us to your address book:

1. Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
   
   
2. Click on the “Add Address ” icon (below) on the right-side of the message box.
   
   
   
3. Once the "Contact Details" dialog box (below) opens, click "Save."
   
   
   Now you're guaranteed to receive our e-mails in your inbox!
