Virtual Office Visit (VOV) is Dr. Ehrmann's way of bringing the convenience of his practice electronically directly to you.

Requests that are submitted by noon each day will be responded to by 6 p.m. the same day. Submissions after 12 noon will be answered within the next business day before 12 noon. The VOV© service is available 7 days a week unless otherwise noted here.

When should I use VOV©?
The Virtual Office Visit© was developed as an extension of our care to our established patients. The patient who suspects they have a cold, for example, that has blossomed into a sinus infection but doesn't have the time to leave work for a doctor's visit and use up their valuable Sick and Personal Days!
By agreeing to utilize this service, you understand that Virtual Office Visit© is designed as a practical, convenient and expeditious way for Dr. Ehrmann, to personally answer your questions on-line and stay abreast of your medical condition. Dr. Ehrmann will respond to your problem via a response form, submitted to you electronically and make recommendation(s) to help solve your medical problem.
All this is done securely and is 100% HIPPA compliant.
How much does it cost?
There are no initiation fees and no contract. You can use the VOV© service as you need it. Each visit costs $25 unless Dr. Ehrmann decides you need to come into the office and be seen personally, in which case, you will not be charged for your VOV©.
When should I NOT use this service?
We cannot offer this service to patients that have never been seen in the office. You should not use this service If you have the following symptoms:
- You are bleeding
- You have chest discomfort
- You are short of breath
- You have an arrow sticking out of any of your body parts!

How do I start using VOV©?
There are two steps to using the Virtual Office Visit service:
Step 1 - Submit your patient and payment information
If you've never used the VOV service before, just click Register Now! link in the box above to submit your patient and payment information securely. You only need to register once!
Step 2 - Schedule a Virtual Office Visit with Dr. Paul
If you're already registered, just click on the Make a Virtual Office Visit Now! above to log into the secure VOV message system. The first time you log in you'll need to provide your e-mail address and choose a password. When you've filled out your health issue information you'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your office visit. When Dr. Ehrmann has reviewed your issue and responded, you'll be notified via e-mail that you can log back into the secure VOV message system to view his recommendations.
